Terms and conditions by requesting and/or receiving Laser Treatments for our facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prior to receiving Laser Treatments, you will undergo a consultation with on of our licensed professionals to evaluate whether you are a good candidate for the treatment. It is important that you are honest and open about any medical conditions, medications, allergies and previous laser treatments you have had.

2. You understand Laser Hair Removal is a cosmetic procedure that will require multiple sessions to achieve desired results. You agree to follow the recommended treatment plan and any post-treatment care instructions provided to you by our licensed professionals.

3. You acknowledge that Laser Hair Removal treatments may cause some discomfort, including redness, swelling, lumps, bumps, itching and/or discolouration of the treated area. You agree to inform our licensed professionals immediately if you experience any severe or unexpected side effects.

4. You understand that Laser Hair Removal treatments may not be effective on all hair types and colours. You acknowledge that results may vary and that there is no guarantee that the treatments will be successful in achieving the desired results. Hair must be dark in colour for the Laser to pick up the pigment. Any white, blonde, red or grey hair will not be picked up.

5. You agree to disclose any changes in your health or medical status to our licensed professionals prior to receiving any additional treatments. This includes any changes in medication, chronic illnesses, or major surgeries. If a medical status has changed and the information is not disclosed to treating technician on the day and an adverse reaction does prevent CM Aesthetik do not hold any responsibility.

6. You acknowledge that Laser Hair Removal treatments may have potential risks and complications associated with them. These may include burns, infections, scarring and/ or changes in skin pigmentation. Whilst these risks are infrequent, you agree to assume any risks associated with treatment.

You agree to pay for the Laser or Skin treatments in full prior to receiving any services. You further agree to pay for any additional treatments or services required to address any complications or side effects that may occur. Conclusion by accepting Laser Hair Removal or Skin Treatments, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and fully understand the risks and benefits associated with this cosmetic treatment. Pre-Care for Laser Hair Removal:

Preparing for Laser Hair Removal is important to ensure the best results. Here are some Pre-Care tips to follow before attending your Laser Hair Removal sessions:

1. Avoid sun exposure: Avoid unprotected prolonged sun exposure or use of tanning beds for at least 2 weeks before your session. Sunburned or freshly tanned skin may result in an adverse reaction.

2. 50+ SPF must be worn daily in areas being treated by the Laser.

3. Shave the area: It is very important to shave the area being treated 12-24 hours before your treatment, this will ensure you have a safe and effective treatment. Unshaved areas needing to be shaved will result in a shaving fee of $50 per area.

4. Avoid plucking, waxing or electrolysis: Laser treatments works by targeting an active hair follicle if the hair has been removed this will result in an ineffective treatment.
