At CM Aesthetik, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that smooth operation of our business and we provide our clients with exceptional service, we have implemented a cancellation and no-show policy. Kindly adhere to the following guidelines.
Cancellation Policy:
- To cancel your appointment, kindly inform us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Appointments made online will require a $20 deposit to secure the appointment and $100 for Full Body Laser Hair Removal. If treatment is unable to be performed this amount can be used towards another treatment or retail in-store.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost or loss of deposit.
- If you cancel your appointment repeatedly, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
No-Show Policy:
- Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and you may be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the total service cost or a deduction of the pre-paid treatment booked for that service time.
- If you repeatedly no-show for appointments, we reserve the right to deny future bookings.
We highly value your time and ours, and we want to ensure that we can accommodate all our client's needs. By booking with us, you are acknowledging and accepting our cancellation and no-show policy.
Refund Policy - Services
At CM Aesthetik, we take pride in providing exceptional services to our valued clients. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding refunds, we have established the following policy for service-related transactions.
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind:
We do not provide refunds for services due to a change of mind. It is essential to consider and commit to your appointments and treatments before making a reservation.
2. Exceptions for Medical Reasons or Unfitness for Treatment:
2.1 Medical Reasons: In the event of a medical condition that prevents you from receiving a scheduled treatment, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to a medical reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
2.2 Unfitness for Treatment: If, during your appointment, our licensed professional determines that you are unfit for the intended treatment due to a specific medical condition, we will not proceed with the treatment. In such cases, we will discuss alternative options, and you will not be charged for the cancelled service.
3. How to Request an Exception:
To request an exception to our "No Refunds for Change of Mind" policy due to medical reasons or unfitness for treatment, please follow these steps:
3.1 Medical Reasons: Contact our customer support team at info@cmaesthetik.com.au as soon as you are aware of your medical condition. Provide your name, appointment date, and relevant medical documentation if necessary.
3.2 Unfitness for Treatment: If our licensed professional determines that you are unfit for the scheduled treatment, no further action is required. We will discuss alternative options during your appointment.

Terms and Conditions Policy for Prepaid treatments and Gift Card Expiry for Laser & Skin Treatments:
1. Prepaid Treatment Policy:
1.1. All prepaid Laser and Skin Treatments are non-refundable.
1.2. Prepaid Treatments 10 and under will expire 1 year from date of purchase and 11 and over will expire 18 months from date of purchase.
1.3. Any unused prepaid treatments will be forfeited after the expiry date.
1.4. Any promotions or discounts applied to prepaid treatments are non-transferable.
1.5. Any refunds to be accepted must have been medically cleared unfit for treatment by a doctor with a medical clearance presented to Owner or Owner declaring client unfit or unsafe for treatment.
2. Gift Card Expiry Policy:
2.1. All Gift Cards for Dollar Value with CM Aesthetik are valid for 3 year from the date of Purchase.
2.2. Gift Cards for CM Aesthetik are to be used with Owner Chelsea Kitchen and services provided by her only. Nil Sub-contractors.
2.3. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
By purchasing a prepaid treatment package or gift card, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions stated above. CM Aesthetik reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without notice.
